Terms and Conditions

Daisy Diaper services are provided to you, subject to your acceptance of our terms and conditions.  As a condition of Daisy Diapers services, the undersigned (customer) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Services and Inclusions:

Full rental service:  Daisy Diapers will provide a full rental service (supply, pick up, wash, dry and deliver) clean and sanitized Diapers, Wet bags for storage for clean and used nappies.  

Part Rental: Daisy Diapers will provide a limited amount of diapers (supply, pick up, wash, dry and deliver) clean and sanitized Diapers, Wet bags for storage for clean and used nappies.  

Wash Delivery Service:  Daisy Diapers will wash, dry, deliver clean Diapers to your door.  Customer is to supply Diapers and inserts.

PICK UP /DELIVERY LOCATIONS:

Daisy Diapers will provide a delivery and pick up service.  Days will be agreed upon on commencement of service.  Any change to the delivery days, customer will be notified in writing.  The delivery and pick up location will be provided to daisy diapers by the customer, and must be secure, and must be guaranteed by the customer.  Any lost or stolen goods is the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid for in full before the service can re commence.  

Dirty diaper bags are to left out in a secure location (front door/ side door) by 9am on collection days.  A clean bag will be left in its place.  

PAYMENT OF SERVICE

On commencement of service customers will be required to pay 4 weeks in advance.  Customers that renew service will be required to set up weekly payments in advance.  Daisy Diapers are under no obligations to provide a service to any customer that is not paid up in full.

PICK UP AND DELIVERIES

Customers are to remove the inserts from the diaper covers.  Please ensure any solids have been removed and disposed of appropriately (in the toilet).  Any returns with solid faecal matter in diapers, customers will be fined for, an additional $10 fee per diaper will apply.  All dirty diapers will be placed in wet bag (supplied by Daisy Diapers) and put out for collection once a week.

All deliveries runs will be made during the day.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that dirty bags are left out for collections.  Any missing items must be replaced by the customer. If you forget to put your bags out and require a special pick up/delivery and additional $30 delivery charge will apply, customer will be charged full amount for service and pick up will resume on the next Scheduled delivery day.

NOTICE OF RESTRICTIONS

The following is a list of all Notice of Restrictions, this applies to all Daisy Diaper customers, no exemptions

  1. Daisy Diapers will use all efforts to ensure that its cleaning service is to the highest standards possible, and will wash diapers to AS/NZS 4146:2000
  2. Daisy Diapers will NOT be responsible for any rashes, marks or reactions on children or customers while using Daisy Diapers.  We will take all measures possible to ensure that diapers are washed for sensitive skin, we take no responsibility for any reactions that may occur.
  3. Daisy Diapers are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods left in diaper bags, eg jewellery, money ect

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
